No Tulsi, the 2nd was passed to allow a public militia to arm itself "in service to the new government"; to protect it; to preserve the Union. The right to bare arms within a well regulated milita shall not be infringed. Know your history before trying to teach it!

The second amendment calls for a well regulated militia. It was passed so that we as a nation can defend ourselves having just won the war of independence. It is not about an 18-year-old being able to have an AR 15!
