Our hedgehog friend was back for dinner tonight. 😀😍🦔

We had one, but no more, sadly. We're thinking about a rescue hedgehog. However, we have had several visits from this delightful young person!

It’s costing me a fortune but so worth it 😀

are those high meat content kitten biscuits ? it's what we leave out for our hedgehogs along with a dish if water of course,however there's loads of beasties in my garden for them to enjoy eating too,chemical free gardening is my way 🦔🐞🪲

Please get him the expensive kibble that actually contains meat and meat products, not the cheap kind with grains . A hedgehog sanctuary pointed it out, hedgehogs cannot digest grains, it gives them leaky gut, they starve with a full tummy. Thank you. 🤎

You should leave food out in clean shallow dishes. The ground can be contaminated with slug trails,which carry parasites fatal to all mammals.

I've never seen a hedgehog before despite living with bushes, a grass hill leading to woods behind me until last night. My partner was out with my 2 dogs & came in saying he had seen a big hedgehog, on it's way up the grass hill. I run out in my pjs & got a photo

Is this at night? Our cameras would click when they lit up and startled our hogs so we stopped recording them, so good to see them though

I do love the hedgehogs coming to my garden, but why they choose to get all loved up under my bedroom window is beyond me, and they are very noisy 😳😂😂😂

Hog's looking bright eyed, Carl. What are you feeding it? I used to feed meat-dense cat biscuits in my rescue, but always have water alongside in a shallow dish.

Hope this is at night;a hedgehog in a daylight means it is seriously sick & needs a hedgehog rescue care. Vets apparently know nothing about their care. Catfood in which the meat is the first ingredient is the only suitable food for them. See @HedgehogCabin .
