@SawyerMerritt This reminds me of the steel mill boom days. When a kid out of high school could get a great paying apprenticeship at the local mills on the south side of Chicago. No college necessary. Great to see!!

This is very important for the west. Our manufacturing capabilities have fallen way behind. This is one of the most important things we need the next generation to focus on.

This is great. But what if... You do the internship and get the job and are looking forward to a bright future at Tesla, pushing the mission forward, but then Elon suddenly fires you and 90% of your department because y'all might be costing Tesla an extra dime per car.
