Today, this young man approached me and shared his story, hoping that I could help him find an opportunity. He is a person living with a disability and was born without both hands. Despite the challenges he faces, he has taught himself to repair phones and laptops. However, he does not have a shop and currently works mobile, moving from place to place to earn a living. He told me that he lives in Mukuru Kwa Reuben and does everything possible to take care of himself. He even cooks for himself and handles his daily basic chores independently. His biggest request is for an opportunity to work in his field or support to help him open his own repair shop. If you have a job opportunity for him, can offer him a place to work, or would like to support him in starting his own shop, please reach out to him directly on 0715287040. Let us not only feel sorry for people facing challenges. Sometimes, all they need is an opportunity to show what they can do.

A woman’s husband was visited by their local JW’s. He usually doesn’t answer the door but this time de decided to try to irritate them so much that they leave on their own. Whatever they say, he misunderstands them on purpose and starts to rant on as if he’s senile. He’s so believable that she quickly tries to leave on several occasions and pretty much a runs off. He was very creative with his method this time. When the come to your house do you let them go on or do you find a creative way to avoid it also?

As he’s getting his drinks, he hears something behind him and he panics, he jumps back and almost falls off of the steps. Lucky for him it was just the homeowner this time, he thought it was a dog. junkyu’s tmi! he finally finished working on a song that he worked on for over a year & a half yesterday! he didn’t get to finish working on it for over a year & a half, but he did it eventually! instead of feeling burnout, he just thought that he strayed far away naturally from working on a song. it’s not like it’s hate or love, but he naturally have something else to focus on other than composing for over a year & a half. he also mentions that the most fascinating thing is that, as time passes, while making a lot of memories with teumes overseas, there’s a lot of new ideas coming in & he gets to organise his thoughts, instead of always just staying at his house/or being in the space that he’s currently in for a year & a half. recently, he was in his studio for the last 3 weeks since there was a situation where he had no choice but to go back there. he said that he gained a lot of things from that situation & is really thankful for the reality. so when he arrived back in Korea, he wrote everything right away as soon as he got in his studio. when he finally completed one song after a very long time, he thought, “right, this kind of excitement”, “I fell in too deeply when it’s related to composing.”
