An abandoned dog was wandering the streets, his fur covered in dirt, his body painfully thin, and his eyes filled with sadness. A kind woman found him and decided to rescue him. She reached out her hand toward him. But he didn’t understand that she was trying to help. To him, a hand reaching toward him could just as easily mean danger. She kept talking to him softly, trying to let him know that things were different this time. “I’m trying to help you.” Then she gave him his first bath. As the water washed away the dirt, his thin body and protruding bones became visible. He was still scared. But from that moment on, his life slowly began to change. During those first few days, he often looked for quiet, hidden places to hide. Under a chair, in a corner of the room, anywhere he felt safe. No one tried to pull him out. They simply stayed nearby and patiently waited for him to decide when he was ready to come out. Little by little, he started peeking out from his hiding spots. He would come out, but still kept his distance and wouldn’t let anyone touch him. Maybe he was trying to figure out whether these people were really different from everyone he had known before. On the fourth day, he appeared at the bedroom door. He was still scared, but this time, instead of turning away, he slowly walked closer. It was a very small step, but it meant so much. He was learning how to trust again. Not long after that, he climbed onto the bed for the first time. It was probably a place he had never imagined he would one day be allowed to sleep. This delivery driver exited his truck at his next stop and as he rounded the corner he was greeted by the customers passive/aggressive mutt,😂 he made all the right moves or so he thought just as quickly as the dog seemed to take a liking to him fido started nipping at his hands as he was trying to pet him. The next thing he knew a tug of war broke out over the package, having been nearly bitten a couple of times for merely trying to pet the animal he decided to give up the fight only to have the dog prance closer to his vicinity as if he were inviting him to play a game of keep away 😂 .

This man goes around to business’s around his city and he offers to buy them lunch. Today he’s at a local oil change location and he asks one of the workers if he can buy them lunch. The man was being humble and thought of something most people soils enjoy, he says pizza and only asks for 2 of them for quite a few hungry men. When the man comes back with the pizzas, one of the workers makes it a point to tell him he doesn’t eat pork and can’t have any of it. Not sure if he was expecting the man to go get one just for him but if this happened to you would you go back and get him a chicken barbecue pizza?

The dog was on a very long leash, with the woman standing several feet away. He turned around to talk to the dog owner, and they argued. So who is at fault? Should the dog owner have had her dog on a shorter leash? She had to have heard him coming. I believe bikes are supposed to yield to pedestrians legally, but it almost seemed like she was just waiting for him.

He locked up and didn’t come back for a few days. When he came back, he panicked, the whole house was flooded due to a pipe burst, there was drywall falling from the ceilings. Every inch of carpet was soaked. Needless to say his parents aren’t going to ask him to house sit anymore, has this ever happened to you, what would you do if you came back to this?
