Nice set of upgrades! I have been kind of hoping that the loveboard would get some love too, and go to the one that’s in the Core One L with an accelerometer built in. Not that it needs to be done often, but it makes it a pain point with the Core One. I thought that would have been an upgrade option for the + upgrade, and then even more so in a “gen 2” upgrade.

5 exercises for beginners to get your L-sit: 1. 10 reps: Work on leg raises. Take your time and focus on activating your hip flexors, core, and quads. 2. Same movement, but make it more challenging. Have fun playing with height. 3. 10 reps: Work on compression. This exercise will help your mobility and core strength a lot. 4. 8 to 10 reps: Focus more on the upper body, and build strong shoulder protraction and core compression. 5. As many reps as you can: Start feeling your full body weight. At this point, you are so close to your L-sit.

"We would not have done justice to the total story of Ramayana if we had done it in one part. A double blind placebo trial is how safety gets established for a pharmaceutical product. You take ten thousand people, five thousand get the drug, five thousand get a placebo, which by definition should have no effect on the body. For an injectable product, that placebo should be saline. It's called double blind because neither the scientists running the study or the patients receiving it know who got which one, and that distinction matters because those scientists are being paid by the drug company the entire time. That is the standard for every drug, every cancer treatment, every product we put in our bodies. Except one. One of the things I've proven through years of lawsuits with our nonprofit is that not a single childhood vaccine on the schedule has ever gone through that process. None of them. That is the core of my entire issue with this. Of everything you could rush to market without proving it safe first, why would it be the product given to a perfectly healthy child?
