The new accommodation charges being introduced in March this year will result in multiple senior NCO’s & Junior officers putting in their tickets .. that’s great planning & does nothing to encourage retention @ will have adverse impact on your plan for war .. 🤷♂️

This report was already hampered by the lack of Government transparency as stated in the summary

Pay, Pension, Housing, Food, AT. Reverse the above cutbacks. Restore relative pay to where it was 20 yrs ago. Reverse the AFPS 15 disaster & let the people who signed up on previous schemes to see them out. There you go - sorted it for you. That’ll be £50’000 consultancy fee.

You mean, tens of thousands of women and ethnic minorities didn’t want to join up after all? And betraying 20 years of sacrifice in Afghanistan didn’t go down well with veterans who’d served there? Most asking ‘what was the point?’ The ‘clever people’ f*cked it.

To busy completing mandatory online DLE courses or worrying about having behaviours ITRs done so brigade can see we are green on ODR. We do very little fighting enhancing training.

Is this aimed at 6 year olds?

Woke politicians destroy their own militaries then blame it on the conservatives that have to deal with the blowback from failures at all levels.

And then when you have a big opportunity to do it your ship breaks down.

How much money was spaffed on this animation? Money that would be better spent on SLA & SFA. The salient points could have been published on a double side A4 page or on a single page poster.
