@CityTshwane If a lion escape and hurts someone, because you switched off the electric fencing. Then that is on you!! You might be saying it's their responsibility, however you caused a huge security and safety issue!

@CityTshwane Don’t forget to go to Moshate Gardens where the whole area is using Tshwane electricity for free and water for free. Don’t be selective to only white people areas. Middle class in Moshate Gardens is using electricity and water for free
