February 19, 2026, at 4:53 PM: Latest EU1 shows another trending storm taking shape but this one is a warm base origin around March 4 - 10, 2026. We will get a little bit of a break from rains next week. It will warm back up into the 75F to 80 degree possibly due to a brief 582 DM high axis building into Central and Southern California on February 26 to March 3, 2026. Then the weather will come roaring back in, but this time possibly, and it is still being looked at from the Hawaiian islands stay tuned. #CAwx

NEWS: Waymo has introduced the Waymo World Model, "a frontier generative model built on Google DeepMind’s Genie 3 that sets a new bar for large-scale, hyper-realistic autonomous driving simulation." "By simulating the “impossible”, we proactively prepare the Waymo Driver for some of the most rare and complex scenarios—from tornadoes to planes landing on freeways—long before it encounters them in the real world. The model’s architecture offers high controllability, allowing our engineers to modify simulations with simple language prompts, driving inputs, and scene layouts. Notably, the Waymo World Model generates high-fidelity, multi-sensor outputs that include both camera and lidar data. This combination of broad world knowledge, fine-grained controllability, and multi-modal realism enhances Waymo’s ability to safely scale our service across more places and new driving environments. In the following sections we showcase the Waymo World Model in action, featuring simulations of the Waymo Driver navigating diverse rare edge-case scenarios." More info below.

Today we’re delighted to launch more new features, starting with a model capable of two-minute generations, udio-130. This makes it much easier to create tracks with long-term coherence and structure. Check out the track below for a taste of what’s possible using a single prompt. udio-130 will launch alongside our existing model. For now, two-minute generation is an experimental feature available at a discounted credit-rate to pro-subscribers only, but we will be rolling it out more broadly over the coming weeks. 1/4

TORNADO SEASON IS ABOUT TO BEGIN! An uptick in severe weather potential appears likely during the first week of March through the middle of March with the development of a trough-ridge pattern. We are finalizing the rebuild of the Dominator 3 and Will Clay has put the science mission on his back! We will be launching dozens of sensors into the tornadoes this year for real-time tornado intensity. LocalMan Weather and I have been grinding out the rest of the Team Dominator speaking tour, with our next event tomorrow night in Effingham, Illinois. On March 1 we will return to the heart of Tornado Alley to test sensors and gear up for the active pattern ahead. 2026 will be a BIG year for #tornado science! Never stop chasing

Tom Lee believes the market will move higher from here before experiencing a 15–20% drawdown. According to him, the correction will be driven by: • The market testing a new Fed with different views on inflation • The Strait closure eventually leading to petroleum shortages once existing reserves start running low later this year Despite that expected pullback, he still believes the market will close 2026 at 7,700+. And he thinks 2027 will be one of the biggest rallies of our lifetime.

Google presents Still-Moving Customized Video Generation without Customized Video Data Customizing text-to-image (T2I) models has seen tremendous progress recently, particularly in areas such as personalization, stylization, and conditional generation. However, expanding this progress to video generation is still in its infancy, primarily due to the lack of customized video data. In this work, we introduce Still-Moving, a novel generic framework for customizing a text-to-video (T2V) model, without requiring any customized video data. The framework applies to the prominent T2V design where the video model is built over a text-to-image (T2I) model (e.g., via inflation). We assume access to a customized version of the T2I model, trained only on still image data (e.g., using DreamBooth or StyleDrop). Naively plugging in the weights of the customized T2I model into the T2V model often leads to significant artifacts or insufficient adherence to the customization data. To overcome this issue, we train lightweight Spatial Adapters that adjust the features produced by the injected T2I layers. Importantly, our adapters are trained on "frozen videos" (i.e., repeated images), constructed from image samples generated by the customized T2I model. This training is facilitated by a novel Motion Adapter module, which allows us to train on such static videos while preserving the motion prior of the video model. At test time, we remove the Motion Adapter modules and leave in only the trained Spatial Adapters. This restores the motion prior of the T2V model while adhering to the spatial prior of the customized T2I model. We demonstrate the effectiveness of our approach on diverse tasks including personalized, stylized, and conditional generation. In all evaluated scenarios, our method seamlessly integrates the spatial prior of the customized T2I model with a motion prior supplied by the T2V model.

Ahead of the big brand day, I'm pleased to share that following its successful rollout in China this March, XPENG's Next Generation Pilot (NGP) intelligent driving system powered by VLA 2.0 technology will launch in Europe in early 2027. We've been testing on European roads for quite some time and results are pretty positive as in the video. I will also be testing it on the Munich road later today. Your turn Xianming Liu ! And we're not stopping there. We look forward to working with European partners to bring XPENG Robotaxi fleet powered by the same foundation model to local markets. Together, we'll accelerate the future of autonomous mobility.

Threadguy predicts this will be the first bull run in crypto history where Bitcoin doesn't participate "This is going to be the first bull run in the history of crypto where Bitcoin flat out does not participate. No role, no say, it will be minimal at best. It will be Bitcoin to $75k, Bitcoin to $80k, Bitcoin to $85k, and there will be mania on-chain." "My entire thesis is that the next cycle comes from new blood getting access to on chain through these apps. This new crowd doesn't even know what Bitcoin is. Anyone that joined because they saw Kimchi or Cented or Rasmr, they don't know what Bitcoin is. If there's a pocket of excitement and new blood in crypto, it will have nothing to do with Bitcoin, the same way Bitcoin had nothing to do with the disaster that on-chain became in 2025. You cannot have it both ways. The two have been separated for years."

Ukraine will be able to complete the construction of two additional power units at the Khmelnytskyi nuclear power plant. This means more than two gigawatts of electricity for Ukraine. Even when it comes to strategic economic projects with our partners—particularly with the United States and President Trump—related to Ukraine’s natural resources, extraction, and processing, Ukraine will now be able to negotiate with greater confidence, knowing that we will have a significant additional energy source in the future. Industrial growth and economic development in the modern world must be built on the expansion of energy capacity. And that’s exactly what we’re doing.

80% of Most traders are asleep when the real setup forms. The 5AM window is where CRT quietly builds the day’s opportunity. In this 10-minute lecture, you’ll see: 5AM CRT Model: High Probability CRT Model (with ICT concepts) You’ll learn: • Why the 5AM candle is critical to the day’s range • How CRT defines the true high/low from this window • Where ICT concepts align with the setup • The confirmation that signals expansion • The mistake traders make before New York opens This isn’t a random time. It’s a repeatable window where structure is formed. If you trade CRT and ICT this model will change how you frame the morning. 🎥 10-minute in-depth breakdown attached. More CRT MODEL to be posted so be patient and wait for the remaining and chose the best that suits you.

Tuesday, March 31, 2026, 7:44 AM: Latest infrared satellite shows the healthy plume of moisture extending from the Hawaiian Islands directly to California. However, why are we getting lighter rainfall, and why isn’t anyone talking about it? There’s a surface high we’ve had this last year with one or two storms where the surface high is south of San Diego. Currently, this surface high axis 1019mb has been extremely stubborn the last 24 hours, it’s finally starting to move southward on a trajectory into Rosarito Mexico, which is allowing for the plume axis to deepen and moisten lower and mid levels of the atmosphere a little bit throughout the afternoon and evening. The reason is so dry here with a constant offshore flow pattern for the whole month of March 2026 due to the recent historic major heat wave that we just experienced this atmospheric process takes time to cultivate. The main frontal boundary timing will be making its way into Northern and Central California from 9AM to 4PM. Secondary journey of the front will make it into Central and Southern California by 5 PM through 1 AM Wednesday. Now as the atmosphere moistens up a bit there’s also an embedded two impulses that will be associated with this frontal boundary that will move into western Santa Barbara to Western Los Angeles counties Tuesday 5PM through 4 AM Wednesday that could boost rainfall totals a little bit higher. In addition, there will definitely be a lot of stronger onshore gradients for the development of westerly winds into the Apple, Lucerne, and Antelope Valleys. This includes Las Vegas with gusts up to 35MPH - 50MPH by this late afternoon into early evening. Possible blowing dust is not out of the question on the I-15 corridor and the 1-10 freeway through Palm Springs and the Coachella Valley, beware of this hazard today. Temperatures will remain 65F - 72F the coolest it’s been since mid-February so a little taste of winter is back in our region. I’m still watching the main surface high axis movement to the south as well as all parameters to see if they fall into place by 8PM. Still a very tricky forecast even on this Tuesday. That's why I wanted to explain the atmospheric anatomy of why this forecast is so difficult not just looking at the modeling and ensembles, but the whole atmospheric picture of this forecast. #CAwx
