Sorry it’s hard to tell what angles the players are taking in the video. I see coming from the left and right, throwing to the left and right. That’s 4. What are the other 4?

Cones arranged in a square. Front two cones they angle back. Back cones they angle in. 4 throws to the left side and then switch the throw to the right side.
