We’re excited to release an interactive guide highlighting the definitive set of principles for building AI agents 🔥 Based on the popular 12-Factor agents repo by dex. We packaged the principles into an interactive website and Colab notebook with working code examples, so that you can incorporate these principles into your agent application in minutes. As a refresher - some of the principles include getting structured outputs from tools, state management, checkpointing, human-in-the-loop, error handling, composing smaller agents into bigger ones, and more. we achieved some progress in the implementation of state inference inside octra , first we managed to implement continuous reasoning without clearing the circle memory, second we completed a pure resource model under which validators can verify and certify the execution flow of a set of useful work (in this case this is ML inference with text generation by input tokens fully onchain), a few months ago the answers of the test model were one-word and substantially limited, in the current version (which will be available for everyone) the reasoning flow is automatically extended, it will be possible to upload various models into circles or create tools for their use making them public or only private (full demo will be opensource as soon as we finish, it will be possible to deploy anything in 2-3 clicks) live use case, the economic model also converges here - wallet pays for inference in native coins, validators (with GPU support can maintain availability of their resources to quickly process such private calls, while the execution core remains private through HFHE)

Whenever I travel, I build a custom app that feeds in all my friends’ recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and things to do. I can literally just upload a screenshot of their recs, and it will plot all of them on an interactive map. It can also bookmark places, create an itinerary, see opening hours, etc. Takes about 5 minutes to do with Claude Code. By far my favorite use case for AI. This was the one I created for Copenhagen:

Google DeepMind just dropped 'Genie', an AI that can generate interactive video games. This is a huge deal. Genie is trained on 200,000 hours of unsupervised public internet gaming videos and can generate video games from a single prompt or image. But here's what's insane: Despite not being trained on action or text annotations, the foundation model can determine who the main character is and enable a user to control that character in the generated world. It does this through its Latent Action Model, Video Tokenizer, and Dynamics Model (will go more in-depth on this in tomorrow's newsletter for those interested). And for those asking, yes, it's research-only and not publicly available (here come the Google memes), and it does come with some limitations, like only currently creating games at 1FPS. But this is the worst AI will ever be. Anyone will be able to create their own entirely imagined virtual worlds soon, and that's a wild sentence to say out loud.

Anthropic just announced Claude's Artifacts can be published online. This just changed online education forever. Every single piece of content, screenshot, PDF, presentation, etc., can now be turned into an interactive learning game. Here's a basic example: 1. Imported an entire 50-minute workshop we did at The Rundown AI University on creating commercials using AI (Transcript + the PowerPoint presentation) 2. Gave Claude Sonnet 3.5 this prompt: "Create an interactive learning game web app in the form of a quiz based on the PDF and Transcript of a workshop attached. After each question, provide an explanation of why the answer is correct, citing relevant parts of the original text." 3. Let Claude code and generate the interactive game for you (it took ~1 minute for me) 4. Click Publish at the bottom right, and share the Artifact with your students so they can learn interactively The number of use cases that just unlocked is wild. Imagine doing this at scale for practicing for exams, interview screening, corporate training, employee onboarding, etc. If you're taking advantage of this, I would love to hear your use case in the comments.

"No two runs will be exactly the same" - Upgrade & Repir your ship - Scavenge for parts to upgrade or repair it, and adapt it to fit your needs. - Playable in both Solo and Coop - Coming to Xbox and PC (Unfortunately no PS5 release) - Demo available on Steam right now! This game looks genuinely incredible and I will definitely be trying out the demo as soon as I am free, there's a bunch of Hazelight (A Way Out, It Takes Two) developers on this as well, I really think this has the potential to be one of the biggest co-op games we've seen in a long time.
