Hundreds of people from around the world have helped label the >100,000 neurons that have been proofread in FlyWire. There is still more to do. Tags can be added directly from FlyWire via the lightbulb menu or from any cell info page in Codex.

An additional ~100k tags are available in Codex, including: sensory (olfactory, gustatory etc), motor, endocrine (shown below), ascending, descending and more. Check out the explore tab for many newly added tags: in collab w @gsxej @uni_matrix et al

But wait, there’s more! Our friends @gsxej et al have been working for *years* adding tags incl hierarchies (flow, super class, class, etc), developmental hemi-lineages, and a mapping to the hemibrain. Tags not already in Codex will be released with the FlyWire paper package.
