This week, I introduced the Military Installation Retail Security Act, a bill that does what should’ve been done a long time ago: It bans companies owned or controlled by China, Russia, North Korea, or Iran from operating on U.S. military bases. It’s unbelievable that the Chinese Communist Party currently owns and operates over 80 GNC stores on our most sensitive military installations, potentially collecting personal data from our troops, including elite units like our Green Berets and Navy SEALs. That’s a national security threat hiding in plain sight, and it ends with this bill. We owe it to our servicemen and women to protect them from the moment they step onto base. That means locking down their data, cutting off foreign influence, and shutting the door on adversaries who never should’ve been allowed on our military bases to begin with. This isn’t political. It’s common sense.

I get really sick and tired of the same old threat after threat that comes out of the State Department and the Pentagon. Washington is a city that loves war, and it has built and funds an entire military industrial complex to feed its bloodlust. All the while, Washington has been complicit in the attack on our Southern border. We should be focused on putting America First and helping the people of our country in need, like in Western North Carolina, East Palestine, and Lahaina.

I liked the paper so much I built a Rust implementation of it ;) Full AttnRes + Block AttnRes with two-phase inference, built using Burn (tensor library and Deep Learning Framework, in Rust, by Tracel AI). Runs on CPU, CUDA, Metal, wgpu. Includes an interactive TUI that trains a model live and visualizes depth attention evolving from uniform to selective in real time.
