overdrive update: download speed depends a lot on the source. some do 50 MB/s, some barely 3 MB/s. overdrive will launch as it is now, with these mixed sources. some providers are just slow, so i can't promise download speeds on those. for later i'm thinking about building our...

What about adding a torrent option? I reckon most games won't have enough seeds, but the big triple A ones that has more demand will get extremely high speeds with good seeding. I never understood why the PS5 community keeps on some of those very slow paywall servers.

this is what 12gb of vram builds in 2026, absolute magic > rtx 3060 12gb, #1 gpu on steam > bonsai 2 27b + mtp, 5.95 gb of weights > hermes agent, 5 hours, 328k tokens written > 8 js files, 2,368 lines, zero hand written code > 50 tok/s fresh, 22 tok/s average, 125k context watch the full video, 5 hours in 12 minutes of pure dance of a local ai model on rtx 3060 12gb vram, and stay till the end for the full gameplay. this entire game was built by bonsai2, a qwen 3.8 27b dense compressed to ternary, and this small model is punching way above its weight. it built multi file engineering work using hermes agent, sure it's not fast but perfect for overnights and routine work and the quality is insane, and context holding is another best one, it does not lose the thread. i ran PrismML bonsai 1 made from qwen 3.6 27b dense and i built things with it, but this time with the latest base model qwen 3.8 these results are insane, and because i loved building with it a lot i thought many more of you would run it because this gpu exists in almost every home. so i packaged mtp, doubled the speed from 26 tok/s to 50 tok/s, packed the prefill fix in and released it on huggingface, almost 4,000 downloads in 3 days. i'll leave a link below.

Wanted To Say Whatever beef Going On Aside, It was so cool to be able to sub into a playoff game against some the best players and some of the people I look up to and watch day to day. ⚡️Some notes on Russian plane shoot down: 1. New video seen below from near the area of missile launch proves that Russian defenses shot down the plane from nearby. This immediately disproves that Ukrainian missiles had anything to do with the shoot down. 2. There is zero proof an A-50 was shot down and in fact the currently best known information from the serial number on the tail indicates this was an Il-76TD, but it is not yet known for certain with any confirmation. 3. That we now know for 100% fact that Russian systems shot it down would seem to be even greater proof that it was not an A-50 because Russian S-400s in the area would absolutely have a IFF link with an A-50, but possibly not with the civilian variant Il-76TD. This weighs the likelihood heavier into Il-76 territory. 4. But there's some wrinkles to this. Sure, the missiles wouldn't initially lock onto an A-50, but there's some very remote possibility they were shooting another object and at the terminal phase, where IFF already gets iffy if not outright negated, the missile(s) may have redirected onto a potential A-50. This is a remote possibility, but the likelihood for now still weighs far heavier towards the Il-76TD explanation. 5. What other object would Russian S-400s possibly be engaging near Krasnodar where no Ukrainian missile can reach? That's simple: potentially a drone of some kind. One person had the idea that Ukrainian saboteurs in the region can even fly drones locally in the flight path of Russian military planes coming in for landing at the airport. It's possible something like this was engaged. 6. But there's an even bigger wrinkle: the plane that was shot down was firing flares. Not all Il-76s or even A-50s necessarily carry flares, they have to have a special attachment to do so. Secondly, only a plane that knows a missile is locked onto it would even fire flares. That means the plane needs to have RWR (Radar Warning Receiver), which both A-50 and Il-76 are supposed to have, though I'm not sure about the Il-76TD variant. 7. There is possibility some long range Ukrainian missile was involved indirectly, but not an AD system. I.e. something like a Storm Shadow or ATACMS could hypothetically have been fired at Krasnodar, and Russian S-400s attempted to intercept it and missed. But this is unlikely as the range from Ukrainian territory is much higher than any of their known cruise missiles. Conclusion: Now that we are almost certain from the new video that Russian S-400s performed the shoot down, particularly at close range where IFF interrogation can still easily happen (as opposed to beyond radar horizon where terminal guidance can take over and make things iffy), the A-50 is very unlikely as A-50 certainly has IFF interrogation link with S-400s. The Il-76TD IFF with S-400 is more questionable as it is technically a civilian variant, though it is in use by government agencies like emergency services. Therefore the version that it was a Il-76TD is as of now more realistic, particularly because there is zero proof of it being an A-50 other than the echochamber formed from 1 person's unsourced guess on Telegram. Lastly: since the below video proves that all Ukrainian claims of their involvement in the shootdown today were lies, it logically follows that anything they have to say about the plane being A-50 are also propaganda/lies, which makes it even likelier that it was in fact an Il-76.
