I get your quite clear but Solomon wasn’t condemning women. He was admitting that in a world full of unreal connections, finding a truly righteous person, man or woman, is rare.

She's describing a toxic woman who doesn't believe she is worthy of attention. To paraphrase Henry Ford, if you believe you are worthy, or believe you are not, you are usually correct.
