They're probably the types who were never getting over to allow people to pass "bEcAuSe It's ThEiR rIgHt!" Make no mistake, them making you follow them for miles is an assertion of power over you. Many won't even use available trails in the area if there are any.

Cyclists are horrible. I hate how they take up the road and think they are a car. I’m fine if they use the road but move over and let the cars pass. Don’t hold up traffic.

This is generally one of the exceptions to no-passing zones as seen here. Because cyclists are very slow compared to other traffic, statutes usually allow for this, when safe.

That was definitely a passing zone when he started passing them as there's no double lines then it went to no passing for 50 feet and back to a passing zone. It's legal to pass a smv in no passing zone. Read a law book instead of posting stupidity like this

If I saw that thing coming I'd just take my bike off the road and let him pass. What the hell is wrong with these people?
