Just got a comment on my latest video saying something about how it was hard for Agents like Evelyn to clear the new Shiyu Defense because it favors "front loaded DMG" and she "can't properly clear" due to it working against her nature of saving everything for the stun window. ... So I tested it. Again. Honestly, I'm convinced a lot of y'all are just parroting what we (CCs) say at this point and use it as your own validation without knowing the actual reasoning/testing behind the opinion. There's no shot in hell you guys are talking about front loaded DMG and who it prevents from clearing, then changing the goal post to anything else after random players show you otherwise. Evelyn is one of the strongest Agents to own in ZZZ because she's practically a baby Yixuan (neutral matchups across the board). Eve has front loaded, back loaded, & any other loaded DMG at her disposal. Your linear, one-track thinking is preventing most of you from being way better players than you believe. Most of y'all would curb stomp the game if you just tried instead of instantly quitting after the first couple fails. And before I get the usual crowd of 6th grade readers, I completely understand how some of these end game changes are affecting the players who are trying but don't know the method, or players who just straight up don't care and play what they want. This happened on United Flight 1161 from Fort Lauderdale to Newark a couple of days ago. This lady asked this guy if he could stop talking so loudly. He was speaking to someone on his phone and had them on speakerphone. This was prior to takeoff. As you can see he didn’t like that and starts to cuss at her and hurl insults at her making fun of her weight all the while remaining loud where the passengers around him could hear everything. She kept her cool and controlled herself. The crew was notified and they moved her to an upgraded seat. Some said she should have never addressed another passenger onboard. If there is an issue, ring the call button immediately and alert a flight attendant to avoid escalation. There is so much wrong with all this. One, it is never okay to be talking on the phone on a plane surrounded by people. That’s just rude. Have some common sense. Two, not one man around her said anything? Didn’t stick up for her or the rest of the people on the flight having to listen to this? Three, there is a kid right there listening to all this. And finally, United offered just to move her? They should’ve kicked him off. He’s acting aggressive towards another passenger before takeoff over a minor thing. What happens if it continues with other passengers once they’re in the air? Proves he cannot control his emotions so that makes everyone unsafe, especially in the air. 💯 Do better United! IMHO. What is your take? Was she to blame for asking him to be more quiet? Back from Goyang and here are some notes: 1. I sat in the 200-level for 1 day and on the floor for two days. With this stage, for me, the best view is not from the floor seats. 2. Not sure if I regret not having many videos or fancams. In those days, I wasn't interested in filming and just wanted to absorb everything, every detail of their performance. As they kept saying, “I need the whole stadium to jump. Put your phone down, let's get all the fun!” When it's your time, do it and have fun. 3. The rain was so bad, but it was iconic, and the tannies looked amazing in the rain. Our dedication was intact, and we gave everything to cheer the tannies. It was my favorite day. It was chaotic, and everyone was just happy, even with the cold and the relentless rain. 4. The best merch for me is the red tote. I used it as my bag going home with two laptops, pants, and other stuff, and it's pretty and roomy! Get it! 5. It's only now I'm getting to read comments from the show because when you're there, it's hectic and you don't have time. All I can say is that the concert may not be perfect, but it's perfect for me. For example - the ‘vast majority’ of children can’t transition at school without parents knowing - so that means some schools can help a child secretly transition. Boys can/should be banned from girls sport ‘when it’s safer’ - so some boys can be in a girls category. It’s as if the problem for the last 15 years is that too many children were wrongly thought to be in the wrong body, instead of a global failure to understand that no one is, at all. Really nice visual on what a week should cover from a strength, power & speed POV. Sprint every week, maybe twice. One massive issue in Gaelic Games now is too much weightlifting and bodybuilding. So you have lads walking around 5-8kg above the weight their top speed is and it also limits the amount of repeat runs they can make. This issue is about to explode into an even greater one. Mindless when play a sport (Gaelic Football) that next year could ask in some players 15-30% more running than last season!! We are heading for an injury epidemic like no other if teams don’t prepare properly going forward. Some of the stuff I’m hearing from Senior Club and Inter County teams around the country already is mind bending stupidity. One leading “manager” (in inverted commas ‘cos hardly deserves the title) has completely ignored the protests of the S&C Coach in the demands of training and running said manager wants to do. Supposedly the highest level of the game. Paid professional ignored. Don’t think this isn’t common. We have to get to the needed KM’s, sprints, High speed runs and all that. Douthat: "Is there anything else out there (video-wise) that is like, a holy-shit moment?" Luna: "As far as a lot of the meat and potatoes that we've been able to see and gotten briefings on, it's, for the most part, been put out." (So nothing to keep us up at night or to make us come unglued, or...make us gasp. I appreciate her being level headed with that and not hyping it. So, what are Burlison and Burchett talking about? I have learned to see things for myself first before getting too excited about what others say about x, y and z. It's not the first time I've asked that question.) ~Extended Transcript from Segment~ Douthat: "You have had access, before these videos were released. In what context have you seen these videos before they were released? Luna: "So I went into the SCIF and...I went and actually observed and saw all the videos before they were released to go through, numerically, to make sure that those were the ones that correlated to the ones that we had actually put out in the request. So those have all now been declassified." Douthat: "All of the ones?" Luna: "Yeah, in the list." (Remember: Regarding the list of 46, Corbell told me that, ""ALL 46 [videos] have not been released.") Douthat: "But how did you get the list of videos in the request?" Luna: "We had a group that came forward, it was bipartisan, former whistleblowers from the intelligence community that had access to... I would compare it to something like YouTube that exists within the intelligence community. And they came up with the files, and they said you need to get access to these files and have them released. And so, before the order came out from the President, we had come up with this list. We had been getting push back, and then after [Trump] gave the green light for it, it was declassified, and those are now up and able to be [viewed] at the Department if War." Douthat: "And what do you think they show?" Luna: "Well, there's some interesting stuff. I think that they show UAPs. There has been one of the videos that has since been debunked to be actually the infrared that was picking up aircraft that was farther in distance, but the optics are kind of an illusion in that sense. So there's been one that's been debunked. But there are ones that they cannot explain. They've tried to cross-reference it with other data, and the way that these things are maneuvering are pretty wild. And so, again, I think that they show UAPs in some instances." Douthat: "Right. And you think that one reason to take this stuff seriously is that they correlate with direct-pilot testimony of the kind that you've heard, right. So it's not like, I'm just... Imagine the completely skeptical listener or viewer, of which there are reasonably many, who says, 'Okay, you have some number of videos, we don't know what they are, but if one of them turns out to be sort of some prosaic explanation, we can assume a lot of them will be.' So what else makes you think..." Luna: "In the specific incident of Eglin Air Force Base, which is where we had the pilot testimony and we were able to see some images, these things were frying the equipment on the aircraft. Some of our most state-of-the-art technology is getting completely fried." Douthat: "And this is something that pilots told you had happened to them? Luna: "Yes, yep. Now, the other issue is, sometimes pilots won't report because they don't want to be taken off flight status. So there's removing the stigma of if you're supposed to have safe flying. You want to also track national security issues. You have to be able to document this stuff. But when you have this type of stuff impacting military training, impacting flight operations, impacting our technology, it's a problem. "We should follow up, and then say, 'Okay, well, is this technology that, potentially, could be advanced tech from adversary nations? I don't, necessarily, think that's the case, because if that was true, we wouldn't be number one, currently. Some of this stuff that we're seeing is pretty wild. You saw the New York Times report (2017 and the Tic Tac ~Joe), and just how it's defying physics, if you will. But then the other aspect of, what can we as Congress do next? We can declassify. I don't think, you know, this aspect of people saying it's not enough..." Douthat: "Are there things that you've seen in a SCIF, or not in a SCIF, that are wilder than this (the videos that have already been released)? That would like, make the front page of the New York Times as, you know, no one can be skeptical anymore?" Luna: "No, I think the aspect of, do I have, you know, a location where there's a little green man on a slab in a fridge (laughs). I don't think I'm gonna get that (laughs)." Douthat: "Wait, we're gonna get to that. Just stick with the videos. Is there anything else out there that is like, a holy-shit moment?" Luna: "Well, I think that there's probably going to be some more release of other videos as well, other testimony. They're still combing. Use these tips to PERFECT your 45° Extensions and BULLETPROOF your Lower Back/Hamstrings/Glutes: 1) Set pad height so the top is at the base of your pelvis — this will give the hips freedom to move/ensure range of motion isn’t restricted 2) Neutral neck/spine — keep gaze fixed straight ahead 3) Bend at the waist 4) ROM ends at bottom just prior to back rounding (NO dynamic movement of the spine i.e. flexion) 5) Keep legs as straight as possible if you’re trying to bias Hams….bent knees encouraged if trying to bias Glutes 6) Bias will also depend angle of the base (steeper is more Hams…less steep is more Glutes) 7) Turn toes out so they’re at maybe 60° if trying to bias the Glutes…keep closer to 90° if trying to bias Hams 8) The pulley/plate loaded machine setup provides the best potential for loading but if you don’t have access to that, hold a plate AT YOUR HEAD to load this exercise or with your arms extended (as long as it doesn’t bottom out ROM too early)…if the weight you can hold isn’t enough, rock with single leg 9) As always, control the eccentric and act explosively (while still maintaining control) on the concentric 10) Refrain from HYPEREXTENDING at the top…just reach hip extension and start your descent 11) 5ish to 10ish rep range @ 0-2 RIR is ideal…1-3ish sets 1-2ish x per week
