It has been so hard to even begin to unpick what occurred with Dr Tuhina Lloyd’s evidence yesterday. Pictures speak a thousand words right? So here’s both… one of a few key exchanges that I’ll clip in. Discharge discussion and a very troubling address reference. The discharge date was the 22nd Sept 2022. It’s in black and white (for once). It’s ridiculous to suggest or fabricate an earlier meeting to try and make it fit now! Gary Carter was off sick or leave for much of August. His last record on the RIO for re VC was 31st Aug. And that had no reference at all to discharge. The truth will always out Dr! Another example of zero multi-agency working and appalling finger pointing…

DEWALT and August Robotics have commercially launched DALE, a fleet-capable autonomous drilling robot designed specifically for data-centre construction. In a year-long pilot, it drilled more than 230,000 holes with 99.97% accuracy, worked at up to 10× the speed of traditional methods, and cut a combined 190 weeks from project schedules across 26 construction phases. Is the ontology hallucinating there? - How about the Navy’s ShipOS, built on Palantir, decreasing schedule planning from 160 hours to 10 minutes? - What about the director of NATO’s Task Force Maven citing how critical the ontology here? “To capitalize on Al applications, an ontology and lineage for data is needed. Each individual hospital is in complete control - the hospital decides how the software is used and how to manage the information the hospital holds. #NHS hospitals use Palantir to bring together information from their many different IT systems, so their staff can make better informed decisions about patient care.
