Panhandlers scamming Canadians in multiple cities! After being exposed begging for money in Mississauga and getting picked up at the end of the day, these panhandlers were later spotted in doing the same thing in Toronto. Earlier this year, in May, at the intersection of Dundas Street and Dixie... Road in Mississauga, two women were seen asking for money while holding signs. Countless generous-but-deceived drivers gave them their hard-earned money. After spending hours panhandling, the pair were later picked up in an alleyway behind a plaza by a man in a vehicle. The very next morning, the same van dropped the two women off at the same spot. Roughly four months later, the duo was spotted again. This time at the intersection of Black Creek Drive and Lawrence Avenue in Toronto. When confronted, the women refused to answer any questions. During the encounter, one of them became aggressive and threw an apple. With little to no consequences, people like this will continue to take advantage of Canadians’ generosity. The mayor of Vaughan recently introduced a bylaw prohibiting deceptive panhandling tactics in public spaces. Political leaders across Canada need to take similar action against these scams. When you see someone begging for money, you probably wouldn’t expect them to drive from location to location doing it. But that’s exactly what’s happening across Canada. At the 403 highway and Erin Mills Parkway exit, this individual was walking up and down the roadway, waving at cars passing by, in the hopes of receiving money. Across the street is a massive parking lot. After panhandling, he walked over to the lot. When confronted, he immediately hid his face and ran into the bushes in an apparent attempt to conceal his identity. Once he thought the coast was clear, he walked over to his car and drove away. While countless Canadians are struggling to get by, individuals pretending to be homeless are taking money from unsuspecting people. You may have seen them at busy intersections. Three suspects forced their way into the business while armed with a firearm. They stole one of the victim’s vehicles and fled with a quantity of cash. In both incidents the suspects arrived in a stolen white Acura. On November 28, 2024, investigators located the stolen Acura and three suspects were taken into custody for possession of the stolen vehicle. On December 6, 2024, at approximately 1 a.m., a third armed robbery of a spa occurred in the area of Victoria Park Avenue and Steeles Avenue in Toronto. A fatal road accident claimed the lives of a man and a woman and left another person seriously injured at about 11:30 p.m. on Sunday, May 31, 2026, at Michel Camp in the Greater Accra Region. According to an eyewitness, both vehicles were traveling at high speed when one driver attempted to overtake the other, resulting in a serious collision. The woman, who was in the mangled vehicle, was thrown out upon impact and died at the scene, while the man in the same vehicle became trapped in the wreckage and later died. The occupant of the overturned vehicle sustained serious injuries.

Air1 Assists TPS in Locating Suspects in Shooting Investigation The DRPS Air1 helicopter assisted Toronto Police Service in the arrest of two suspects in a shooting investigation. On Tuesday, June 24, 2025, at around 4:00 p.m., officers from Central West Division responded to the area of Thickson Road North and Taunton Road East after receiving information from Toronto Police Service that two suspects involved in a shooting in Toronto earlier that afternoon were in the area. Air1 conducted an aerial search of the area and located the suspect vehicle in a driveway of a residence in Whitby. Shortly after, the vehicle left the residence and Air1 followed the vehicle into Oshawa, providing updates to TPS and DRPS officers on the ground. At one point, the suspect got into another vehicle, which Air1 began to follow. At approximately 5:15 p.m., units were able to box in the vehicle the suspects fled on foot. Air1 followed one suspect, and he was taken into custody. At approximately 6:00 p.m. Air1 located the second suspect in a nearby playground and he was taken into custody. Turns out they were just running late for a wedding in Turkey 🇹🇷✈️ One of the women later explained that the wedding was due to take place in Bodrum. They never made it to her sister’s big day. In 2009 A couple in Florida had paid cash in full on a foreclosed home in Naples. The bank makes an error and tries to foreclose on them thinking it was the previous owner. They hired a lawyer and had the foreclosure dismissed in two months. The bank was ordered to pay the Legal fees the couple had incurred. After months of not hearing back from the bank, they took further court action and was granted a writ of execution. They showed up to a branch of BOA with a moving truck, and sheriff’s deputies as they were allowed to start loading up the BANK’s assets. The manager wasn’t happy about this and finally wrote them a check for the money that they were owed. Score one for the little guy !!!

Also, the city of Toronto was founded by an abolitionist. However, this year was an improvement over last year as the mayor as the mayor did praise the bravery of the troops and said they fought for peace and freedom and did not equate them to Nazi Germany like she did last year. A lot of people assumed the worst when they first saw this. Two tiny fawns were curled up in the middle of the road, doing exactly what their instincts told them to do when frightened: stay still and hide. Thankfully, a driver spotted them in time, stopped, and gently encouraged them off the pavement before anything could happen. It’s easy to forget how vulnerable young wildlife can be. One minute they’re almost invisible in the grass, the next they’re sitting in the middle of a roadway with no idea how dangerous it is. Seeing someone take a minute out of their day to help instead of just driving by restored a little faith in humanity for me. 🦌❤️ Have you ever stopped to help an animal on the road?

These women pushing babies in expensive strollers are using their babies as leverage to beg for money as they hop out of expensive luxury cars. They aren’t broke at all, the money they make begging is completely under the table and tax free, that’s why they do it. Can you blame these men for exposing them on social media? Being scammed by people like this is the reason I never really help others anymore. When I was in college I came across women like this at the grocery store. They were holding crying babies and claimed the babies were crying because they were hungry. I ended up buying them some formula. A week later I went back to the same grocery store and when k was checking out, one of the cashiers told me that after I bought the formula for those women with the babies. They took it to customer service and exchanged it for gift cards they can use for other things. So in other words they scammed me. I was thankful she told me what happened, because the next time I saw them again I went upfront and reported to customer service what these women were doing and they were kicked out. It’s bad enough they are using their babies as props to scam but to keep coming back to the same store day in and day out is deceptive, disruptive, and flat out fraud. Would you have done the same? Should I just minded my own business? , or should I just have walked away knowing I just threw away $60 for people who didn’t need it.

Over 2,000 people marched peacefully in Toronto to support the hostages and condemn antisemitism. During the march, a jihadist assaulted Maayan Shavit, a family member of Kinneret Gat z"l (who was murdered on October 7th in Kibbutz Be’eri) and of Carmel Gat z"l, a hostage (who was murdered in Hamas tunnels on August 29, 2024). This incident occurred in front of the Toronto police. I stepped in to protect her and de-escalate the situation. Suddenly, Toronto police aggressively attacked me, threw me into the middle of Yonge Street, damaged my sign and phone, and handcuffed me. They pushed me to the other side of the street. I calmly explained what happened, stating that Maayan is a family member of hostages and that if the Toronto police arrested her after she was attacked by Hamas supporters, it would be all over the news, causing another international embarrassment for Canada by the Toronto police. When the Toronto police officer realized his mistake, they immediately released me without any charges. We continued the march, and at the end, we took our unity picture. Thank you to the Jewish community and special thanks to Maayan, who stood in my defense in front of the Toronto police. This is the true meaning of unity. The antisemitic jihadist who started the incident was left free to harass Jews and victims of Hamas terror, while I was handcuffed for defending a family member of the October 7th terrorist attack. This is a clear example of two-tier policing. Neither Maayan nor I broke any laws. Neither of us was arrested or charged. Now, I have pain in my wrists and shoulder due to the very tight handcuffs and the police twisting my shoulder. I stood against the Islamic Republic in Iran, and I will continue to stand against hatred and antisemitism in Canada.

Over 2,000 people marched peacefully in Toronto to support the hostages and condemn antisemitism. During the march, a jihadist assaulted Maayan Shavit, a family member of Kinneret Gat z"l (who was murdered on October 7th in Kibbutz Be’eri) and of Carmel Gat z"l, a hostage (who was murdered in Hamas tunnels on August 29, 2024). This incident occurred in front of the Toronto police. I stepped in to protect her and de-escalate the situation. Suddenly, Toronto police aggressively attacked me, threw me into the middle of Yonge Street, damaged my sign and phone, and handcuffed me. They pushed me to the other side of the street. I calmly explained what happened, stating that Maayan is a family member of hostages and that if the Toronto police arrested her after she was attacked by Hamas supporters, it would be all over the news, causing another international embarrassment for Canada by the Toronto police. When the Toronto police officer realized his mistake, they immediately released me without any charges. We continued the march, and at the end, we took our unity picture.
