Some are still living in tents. Roads and bridges remain destroyed. Homes still haven’t been rebuilt. And the most heartbreaking part… Some parents and grandparents lost custody of their children because their homes were washed away.💔 18 months later, many of those kids are still in foster care - some even adopted out.
