Parents, if you don't teach them the world will.

I teach in a public high school, and we have about 7% black students. Couple of white girls did the exact same thing at my school. I am here to tell you that the black girls in my classroom were HURT. I hugged them while they cried. They thought these people were their friends.

The parents are the problem. Racism isn't engrained from birth, its learned. From a young age. From their racist parents.

What pisses me off is that because they're "nice little white girls" all they'll have to do is post a video crying about how they made a mistake and their sorry and they'll have to "do a book report on Roots" or some shit and they'll suffer zero consequences.

Their parents are the ones yelling about CRT at the school board meetings bec their kids will feel badly about being White.

They released a statement.

And they want the parents to tell us what to teach in schools. 😏

Oh how precious. Christian values & compassion on full display. I’m sure they have the “hands on satellite parent” who yell “Freedom No CRT & Jesus” at PTA meetings & act shocked when their offspring are accused of racism or bullying.

Oh they will learn… in 2,5, 10 yrs at some point someone will google them doing a background check for a job.. and they will be left wondering why they didn’t get it…. Also I have to say they learned it somewhere…

This is a byproduct of not reckoning with this country's racism. White children are being insulated from the horrors of history, and so they make light of it. It's no coincidence White nationalists want to ban Black history from schools.
