@AngieBest @NinaMyskow No - there are many pensioners who are in the poverty trap and suffering due to energy costs and food costs. To then make them pay for life saving medication is just literally another nail in the coffin as people will not pay and therefore not take important medication

@AngieBest @NinaMyskow No. This shouldn't be a question when Tory cronies have just looted £billions from the public purse and aren't even being held accountable.

@AngieBest @NinaMyskow We've already paid into the system for over forty years. So no we shouldn't be charged. If charges are to be made charge those that haven't contributed.

@AngieBest @NinaMyskow They need to start charging foreigners that come over here for medical holidays . If we go to other country’s we need health insurance so they should need it to come here 😡😡😡the government has already robbed the over 60 of their pensions for 6 year 😡😡😡😡

@AngieBest @NinaMyskow Absolutely not. My Grandparents have paid in all their lives, and now have ongoing health problems.

@AngieBest @NinaMyskow No charge. Over 60s already paid into the system for 40+ years.

@AngieBest @NinaMyskow Instead of discussing the minutiae of where exactly in NHS monies are allocated, we should be discussing why, for 13 years the @Conservatives have deliberately underfunded the NHS? And why were the corrupt ppe contracts saddled on the NHS budget?

@AngieBest @NinaMyskow How is it that the care of the old is being targeted in such a way as to make them appear as an expense on the accounts? Why not compare the cost to the hundreds of billions this government have lost through inept and failed policies?

@AngieBest @NinaMyskow If poorer pensioners have to start picking a choosing which medicines to pay for it would just be a recipe for bigger health problems and more pressure on the NHS later. It’s a false economy even if you ignore the ethical issues.

@AngieBest @NinaMyskow If they are all so healthy Nina then they won't need free prescriptions, will they? Then those that do can have their free prescriptions! Some of us wouldn't call what Nina does is 'working''. Try having to work full time doing a physical job until you are 66/67.
