@JinxedRealityX My husband is a track coach. There is NO such thing as a cleat sharpener. He has coached at all levels, including college, and been a head track coach. He gets offended when he hears about "cleat sharpeners".

I’m confused as to why the coach expected Karmelo to be warming up if he was suspended from school ?

I also find it weird that Karmelo was alone. Normally teens travel in pairs or groups if they are socializing. And why would he not be like “hey I’m just talking to my friend?” And the fact his “friend” wasn’t standing up for him should have been enough reason to leave…? 🤔

I’ve never heard of a cleat sharpener. The spikes are so short, you would just replace them. Guess times have changed?
