whatever airline it is, they’re fkn shit! Bout they “can’t override”, they know that’s a load of crap, a lot of flights have even 1, 2 and sometimes more seats unsold, they could’ve done that much sooner than having an elderly woman sleep on the ground for a whole week!😡

What was she gonna live off for 2 weeks? Surely the money could have upgraded her ticket or got a new flight

I thought you weren’t allowed to stay as a tourist in a country if you didn’t have the funds to back up your day? Airline needs to make an exception I’m sure there is a flight with an empty seat on it back to Germany. No loss of funds to anybody..

What an absolute disgrace an airline putting profit above personal safety and security. I cannot believe she laid on that floor for one week. I also can’t believe she arrived without any financial safety net incase of emergency.

It’s rare but always a pleasure when you come across one: an older woman doing a job without any career mobility that’s she’s been doing for 30 years, but god damn she knows everything about the job, takes it seriously, and does it all with kindness too.

It’s cheaper to stick her on a return flight over keeping her there and having her get sick from sleeping in the airport which is very common. These people make no sense.

She was too tight to pay for the charge or it's a bullshit fabricated story for tv. There's no way she can afford a hotel near Hyde park and not pay for a flight home. I call bs or grift
