Direct and honest dialogue is the way. “Sunlight is the best disinfectant.”

True to life. I like how you deconstruct psychological traits.

Thank you for your ongoing information. I was working with providing parents with skill building for effective communication with their children. Your name, master class, and social media came highly recommended from me as a great resource.

Hi Chris, I’ve only been following you for a short while and already you have given so much value and clear tips to apply to my life directly. Some things I knew from before but the reminders are always helpful and appreciated. I just wanted to say thank you 🙏🏽

I noticed ignoring passive-aggressive behavior annoyed them more. Tried mirroring & conversation, but they were bent on frustrating me. Ignoring didn’t help, just made them feel trivialized, especially the manager.

The irony being that this entire method is passive-aggressive, right? I'm pretty sure I remember you saying that, which made me think about it. This isn't a dis btw.

"Passive-aggressive communication is annoying " 100% agree however there are times when it is the only means of communicating your position without a trip to HR or getting fired, leaves some wiggle room while allowing dialog. It has it's place.
