Games topped out like a decade ago graphically. Now you need 10x the rig to play though. Games topped out like 15 years ago for "fun factor" too.

Not only does it make zero practical difference to gameplay it's 50/50 whether you find one side or the other more aesthetically pleasing. On top of that, comparing screenshots is cheating because the RT side becomes a blurry mess in motion. Ray Tracing is a mistake.
