John and Mayme Surrency were murdered the day before Thanksgiving 1936. Garland Headley was tasked with prosecuting the three men involved. What he uncovered sent him and his family fleeing the United States. What did John and Mayme know that led to their murder?

No way should he get the sat and your ground defense claim.

The video is clear and compelling. We will see what the judge thinks about it

I remember seeing you at Western Omelette in Colorado Springs several months ago. You were with family so I just said hi as you walked by, lol. I didn't realize you'd been in prison for J6 at the time, I thought you'd dodged it. I read into your case, it is enough to make someone else's blood boil! Then this degenerate filth keeps getting his can kicked down the road, to likely roll into the drain of forgotten prosecutions. Hopefully you bringing light to it will ensure justice will be served

Hey man thanks for saying hi we left Colorado Springs I plan on going back there with the kids. I'm not even asking that he be prosecuted more harshly he just needs to be prosecuted the same way they prosecute everyone else.

Have a blessed day sir!

I intend to

I’m glad you’re keeping a spotlight on this. I’m certain Scruggs is cursing the light, and rightfully so.

I smile at him every time I see him in the courtroom. He knows I'm there and he knows I'm not letting this go.

Where is the victim? How does he feel about the dismissal motion

The victim has since recovered I'm sure he is livid
