I'm really lost for words. Five months ago, the Arkansas Baptist College football team was expelled from our practice facility due to unpaid rental fees for maintenance and upkeep. Consequently, spring football practice was suspended and many of our promising student-athletes left, and many of the ballers that we were attempting to recruit, shunned our efforts. Fast forward to the third week of football in September. The Buffaloes are 2-1 with their only loss coming from FCS Houston Christian, in which they were very competitive for a half. I had no expectations for Coach Richard Wilson and his staff this season. After enduring so many challenges, just fielding a team for the 2025 football season would be considered victorious for the program. But these young men have tasted winning, and now they want more. Praying that our young men will continue growing in the Lord ✝️, hitting the books 📚, and balling 🏈 out on the football field. GOD'S PLAN 🙏🏻✝️🙌❣️

A few notes from day 1 of #Saints camp: - Short practice. Heat not a factor (that'll change) - All the non PUP players were in action (a few roster spots still open). Always a nice thing at this stage. - Rattler took 1st team reps (Shough will get 1st team tomorrow). Low-key practice in general. Rattler looked the most composed out of the three. Best throw was a layered ball to Olave on a deep dig. - A lot of designed QB runs today - Shough looked like a rookie getting into 11s for the first time -- some tough moments (a couple would-be sacks). The good news is that's exactly what he is. I expect him to settle in quickly. - We saw some combined drills. WRs working with RBs. TEs working with LBs. Just a practice tweak. - Jordan Howden got first-team reps next to Justin Reid. Will be interesting to see what happens when Blackmon shows up. - Haener had a couple nice balls to Michael Jacobson. Depth TE roles are suddenly very interesting to watch. - RB2/3 is very much up for grabs. Sounds like it'll be a rotation from day-to-day. Devin Neal got some work with the 1s. - Blake Grupe kicked today, went 5-for-5 (longest from 49) ... some decent left to right wind

Just did my first MOTS-c pin today and started conservative at 2mg. Felt absolutely nothing right away, no energy surge or noticeable change yet. Did the pin at 5:00am and worked out at 6:30am. A few of you mentioned getting a pretty quick boost. For those who’ve run it (especially at lower doses like 2-5mg): How long did it take for you to notice energy, stamina, or “more in the tank” effects? Same day? Few days? I didn't hear Penny call my name at the finish line. And tjo shem she tried. I think I know why I didn't hear her shout my name.....My goal was an 11:15 - 11:20 finish. We started in batches of 3 and I was in the 3rd wave. Out of habit, I switched my Garmin off twice at a water point and forgot to switch it back on for a while. My timing was off and I had no idea what time it was. I wasn't worried as I knew I was comfortably ahead of cut-off. At 72 kms, I heard a fellow runner tell another that "We have 2 and a half hours left to finish. We will come in at 11:10." Silly me didn't realize that these were group 2 runners and they had started earlier. Which meant I had even more time to finish and I'd caught up with many Group 2 runners. I had judged myself according to their progress. As I came closer to the finish line I saw the Group 3 clock say 10:58:22. I was stunned, mentally frozen so I switched off and chased my bronze medal with 1 minute 7 seconds to spare. A 10:58:53 finish was satisfying.

As I was walking down canal street I noticed this girl walking down the street alone only to be stopped by 2 Pakistani lads (in fairness they seemed similar age). After she started walking backwards and they followed I hung back to see if she was ok. They ended up talking right in front of me. Whilst the guys were trying it on with her and you could say the girl was flirting back she then looked at me right in the eyes and said “help me, help”. I’m not sure how serious she was but a taxi was booked for her to get home. Blur added for the girls privacy. Day 436 of documenting 0-1M Checkmate. For the last 436 days I publicly built this store online, X was mainly the daily notebook, but i also made several videos revealing nearly everything about this store without fully doxxing. We started with 1 product and finished with 37 as we crossed this finish line. It’s not the craziest numbers, but the i hope it shows people who are just starting out, the game of consistency. While documenting this publicly, it was the complete opposite of a straight line up. Many times we ran it up, thought we were in the clear, made mistakes, got reset back to virtually zero. In fact, we actually were set back to nearly zero twice and it’s all documented somewhere in the X posts. I could have easily faked revenue to say i got here earlier, I could have easily jumped on X only posting our best days, but that’s gay and what most people do. We did not miss a single post throughout building this store. Every single day we posted. The reason I used these photos/videos instead a regular ss is because this is the exact table & chair that I made my first $ online in. This broken chair, a broken table, and this laptop that would proceed to break in the process (have a new one now) but it felt like a more full circle moment This store was in the jewlery & fashion accessories niche. Margins were healthy due to low cogs, and it cash flowed nicely but were most likely going to move on from it. Have much better plans in place but was a sick ride. Over 23,000 total orders. This was ZERO to a million. 436 days without a single day missed of posting, which also means not a single day missed of work.
