Pattern I see with every CEO I work with: - 20+ supplements. - $400/month. - Multiple longevity doctors. - The full stack. - Still exhausted by 2pm. - Still can't lose weight. - Still sleeping terribly. Nobody tells you that every synthetic compound is another load your liver has...

Yes, Lord… Let me pray… Father God… On this day, the day the world turned dark, the light still broke through. I lift this prayer not in sorrow but in reverence. Because this was Your plan, & You never miss. You, the Lion, the King of Kings... You stepped down… You became the Lamb. You didn't have to, but You chose to. You didn’t flex power... You showed us love. That kind of love? No man on this Earth has ever given that, & nobody ever will. You carried it all, Lord. The weight. The shame. My sin. The messes I made & the battles I lost. The moments I folded. You picked me up when I was down & dirty. Not just once, not just twice, but every time I fell... You lifted me. You didn’t look at me with disgust, You looked at me with mercy. You saw something in me when I couldn’t see it in myself. Every time I ran into that same wall, thinking that door was locked forever... You reminded me: “Ask.” That’s it. Just ask... & You’d answer. I didn't earn it. We can't buy it. You already paid the price. With blood. With nails. With love. I never knew love like this before, Lord. Not the kind that don’t walk away. Not the kind that covers scars with grace. Not the kind that sees my worst & still calls me redeemed. You gave me that... & for that, I thank You, Lord. This isn’t just Good Friday, it’s the day the chains broke. The day the veil tore. The day my Savior said, “It is finished.” Your love? That never ends. So I’m here, hands raised, heart open, thanking You for the sacrifice I’ll never deserve… But will never stop praising You for. Not ever. In Jesus’ name… Amen & Amen.

"You can either produce excellence or you can avoid criticism. But you cannot do both of those. The reason that you don't have certain excellence that you want is because you are afraid of getting criticized. You are afraid of the judgment that comes with it. You are afraid of standing out. You are afraid of being alone. You are afraid of people looking at you. You are worried about what people think of you. There are 2 categories of things in this world: 1) Things that are up to you 2) Things that are not up to you Which category does your reputation sit in? Your reputation is not up to you. I'm the one who associates your reputation with something, not you. You just do things. What's up to you? How you act. Your decisions. Your actions. That is up to you. Your reputation is not up to you. Here's how I know that: You all have a reputation about me and it's not in my control. I get to say and do whatever I say and do up here. I am in control of saying it. I am in control of doing it. The moment words leave my lips, who has control over what is done with those words? You! You are in control of what you think of me. And there's no way everybody in this room is going to think the exact same thing about me. No way. When it comes to exceptional, what we've got to understand is you can spend your whole life trying to avoid criticism and earn reputation, and it still won't be in your control. We can waste a lot of time missing out on excellence we could have been producing if we were just simply LESS trying to engineer what we wanted other people to think about us."

Everyone keeps telling her to eat less fat so her body will burn stored fat. But it is not working. And there is a reason for that. When you come from a background of insulin resistance your body has literally lost the ability to tap into stored fat. Elevated insulin for extended periods shoves glucose into your fat cells and locks it behind closed doors. Your liver is still running around looking for glucose because that is all it has ever known. You cannot fix that by eating less fat. You fix it by flooding your body with fat. I am talking 150 to 200 grams a day. You have to force your liver to stop looking for glucose and finally accept fat as its fuel source. That is not maintenance eating. That is metabolic retraining. And before you close this post let me remind you what fat actually does for your body. Your brain is nearly 60% fat. Every single one of your hormones is made from fat. Your cell membranes are made from fat. Fat carries your fat soluble vitamins, A, D, E and K, without fat you cannot absorb them at all. Fat keeps you satiated, stabilizes your mood, gives you steady energy, and keeps your hormones balanced. Fat is not the enemy. Fat is literally the building material your body runs on. About 70% of your calories should be coming from fat. That is not a typo. Once your liver concedes and fat becomes the rule of the land that is fat adaptation. And THAT is when you can start pulling back on dietary fat slightly and let your body tap into its own stores. That is when the weight really starts moving. I know it sounds completely backwards. I lived on low fat my entire life and ballooned to 330 pounds eating way too many carbohydrates. It took me months to unlearn everything I had been taught. The answer has always been fat. It will always be fat.👑
