American CEOs: Tried everything but still 20 lbs over with no energy? I fix that by doing 50-75% LESS without TRT, stacks, & dependence. Results: Highlights ↓

I took creatine daily for years. Every trainer recommended it and every study "supported" it. Then I actually looked at how it's made. Sodium sarcosinate (a cosmetic surfactant) plus cyanamide (a fertilizer chemical), mixed in a steel reactor at 70 degrees, pH-adjusted with acid, crystallized into the white powder you scoop into your shake. That's what's in the tub. Not steak. Pattern I see with every exec on creatine now is they get bloating, gut inflammation, and kidney stress. None of that from eating actual meat. The chemistry may be identical on paper. The biology isn't. 12-minutes on why "bioequivalence" is the biggest lie in the supplement industry (bookmark it):

The muscle group that makes men over 40 look old from behind: Rear delts. It's pretty easy to spot if this applies to you. Just stand side on in front of a mirror. You'll notice your shoulders will be rolled forward, likely your head is forward too, and your posture resembles something akin to Quasimodo. And you shouldn't be surprised. This is what happens after 25 years of pressing and desk work training the FRONT of your shoulder while the back of it did nothing. Every push you've ever done pulled your shoulders forward. Almost nothing you've done pulls them back into the socket. The fix I use (and recommend to clients too)? Seated single arm rear delt row with a high elbow and a roller squeezed between the knees. Why each piece matters: High elbow = this is what separates it from a normal row. Elbow travels out and up, in line with the rear delt fibers. Row with a tucked elbow and your lats take over. Lats are already strong. That's not the target. Seated + roller squeeze = pelvis anchored, ribs stacked, spine can't lean back to cheat the weight up. The rep comes from the shoulder, not momentum. No squeeze, and the lean-back creeps in by rep six. Single arm = most men over 40 have one shoulder blade that sits lower and works worse. Bilateral rows let the good side carry it. One arm at a time, the weak side gets found out and fixed. Cable = tension through the whole arc, including the stretched position in front of your body where the rear delt actually needs work. The rear delt pulls your arm back in line with your body. Train it and your shoulders sit where they did at 30. You'll find your shirts hang differently and you'll command a more assertive posture in board meetings and Zoom calls. Remember... User a lighter weight, high elbow and feel the back of the shoulder do the work. Most guys never have.

I went 18 months fully sober. Changed my life. Would do it again. And I still think the "alcohol is toxic" narrative is reductive garbage. Because I watched myself, and the men around me, trade one dogma for another. Drinking obsessively was the problem. Then tracking sobriety obsessively became the problem. Same neurosis but different costume. Pattern I see with every exec now is that he's been conditioned into one of two camps. 1. Drinking to numb a life he can't face. 2. Or abstinence plus a tracker measuring every metric his body produces. Neither is health. They're both symptoms. 12-minutes on why intentional vice is more human than total optimization (bookmark it):

Pattern I see with every man who's done intermittent fasting... "I felt amazing for the first 6 months." Every. Single. Time. Then, their weight plateaued, energy crashed, sleep broke, and evening cravings got worse. So they doubled down, pushed the window tighter, 18:6, then 20:4, and then OMAD. More discipline but worse results. Here's what nobody tells you.... That "sharpness" you feel fasting? That's cortisol. Your body is in a stress response. You feel alert because you're in survival mode. That's not energy, that's famine dressed up as performance. 23 minutes on why the most popular protocol in health is slowly destroying the men who follow it most religiously:

Six years ago, I stacked 15+ supplements daily, trained 6 days a week at 6am, and tracked everything via my Whoop. I hit 857 ng/dL testosterone, even after beating cancer, but still felt miserable. I was the most disciplined version of myself I'd ever been. And I was getting worse. The discipline wasn't the problem. The protocol was the problem. My discipline was keeping me locked into a protocol that was destroying me. I now see this exact pattern in every man I work with. Over 40, married with kids, stressed, doing more than 99% of people... and yet, they're getting worse. This 14-minute video is about why doing less might be the hardest and most important thing you ever do (bookmark it):

Pattern I see with every exec who gets on TRT... Month 1: "This changed my life." Month 3: "I feel like I'm 30 again." Month 6: "It's not working like it used to." Month 9: "I think I need a higher dose." Same story almost every time. The effects fade because the terrain was never fixed. Gut, nervous system, sleep, liver, cortisol.... all broken and all pretty much unchanged. You did the "smart" thing... you saw the problem, deployed resources, and took action. That's how you run your business. But this time the fix didn't hold. And now you're dependent on a pharmaceutical to feel normal... while the guys who drink beer and skip the gym still look better than you. That's the wound nobody talks about. 15 minutes on what TRT actually does to your body and what to do instead:

I did strict carnivore for 7 months. It almost killed me. - My thyroid tanked. - LDL and total cholesterol tripled. - I lost way more weight than was healthy. - Went gaunt. - Cold all the time. - Libido disappeared. - Sleep was horrendous. I was eating "the cleanest diet on the planet" and deteriorating in real time. Pattern I see now with every exec on keto or carnivore for 12+ months is the same story. Lean on the surface but falling apart underneath. Bloodwork "optimized" while the system shuts down to survive. Took me over 3 months of reintroducing carbs to get my life back. 7-minutes on why long-term carb restriction destroys stressed execs (bookmark it):

Pattern I see with every CEO I work with: - 20+ supplements. - $400/month. - Multiple longevity doctors. - The full stack. - Still exhausted by 2pm. - Still can't lose weight. - Still sleeping terribly. Nobody tells you that every synthetic compound is another load your liver has to process. Zinc competes with copper, high-dose of D depletes magnesium, and so what happens is you end up creating dysfunction while trying to fix it. Your supplement cabinet is the problem, not the solution.... I broke this down in 15 minutes. Watch it before you take your next pill:

Every AI will tell you creatine is "the most researched supplement in history" and "extremely safe." It's repeating the same line the supplement industry has embedded into every article, study summary, and FAQ on the internet. The AI didn't independently verify safety. It counted how many times the claim appeared and concluded it must be true. I don’t see that as intelligence, I see that as a popularity contest. The manufacturing process (cyanamide + sarcosine, industrial reactors, crystallization) doesn't appear in any of those sources because nobody writing supplement FAQs has ever looked at the production chain. The AI can't tell you what it's never been trained on. If the consensus is wrong, the AI is confidently wrong. And in the supplement space, the consensus has been shaped by the people profiting from it for decades.
