One of the major differences between Trump 1 and Trump 2 is the absolute disrespect they’re showing to the courts. No prior administration, no prior Justice Department—whether it’s a Democratic or Republican administration—has ever done things like this. This is just a blatant disregard for federal court orders. In some ways, this transcends everything and is more important than everything else because if the executive branch and the Justice Department can just thumb their nose at court orders, then the whole system breaks down.

Trump: I had to get the best guy, somebody with credibility. If he were just a regular very good solid businessmen he wouldn't have the credibility. He's got the best credibility for this. People also know he's an honest guy. He’s an honest guy. He's just a very smart guy who's done amazing things. This will be the biggest thing he's ever done because if this country goes bad his stuff is not going to be worth much.
