Paul McCartney teaching "Let It Be" to John, George and Ringo for the first time

There’s your problem….

Yoko saying “ I’m so gonna ruin these 4 men’s lives, IM the true talent here, wait til they hear the Yoko album “ 🙄

They are so young Awesome video 🙏🏻

They had heard the song before in a rough out during the White Album sessions. This is them knuckling down to working out the arrangement for recording. John would later slag it as being more of a McCartney (solo)/Wings song rather than Beatles, but it has stood the test of time.

Ringo he’s the coolest 😎. He’s just waiting for the crew to get clicking so he can play his killer chops and lay down a tight pocket. … 🫵🤓🥁

amazing that they had multiple cameras even recording this at the time - history preserved

These guys don't read music. They write music by ear. A lot of unschooled musicians are this way. Putting a melody together is not easy but if you have great lyrics it helps out tremendously and Paul understands how to sing a lyric high and low.

<has chills> This type of artistic genius brings tears to my eyes.

Paul McCartney, The greatest rock musician of all time. watch the wings Venus and Mars concert on you tube if you have any doubts.

THE most overrated band in human history. Close second: U2

Really great quote from Paul Simon. He said that Paul McCartney's peers as a songwriter were people like George Gershwin, Irving Berlin and Steven Foster.

Geniuses at work. Please do not disturb. ⚠️

Yoko over there talking shit

One of the very few times John is playing bass. The guitar is a Fender VI. Basically an electric 6 string but tuned down an octave. Very cool:

Love watching ground floor construction of great songs assembled piece by piece by the artists.

Did Lennon know what a bar of soap was

Pure gold

and then Yoko appears and I had to move on.

very interesting.. yeah, the creative process of producing a song can be so awesome. If I remember well, Paul said he wrote this song based on an advice his own mother gave him when he was feeling down.

They made it look so easy. Jesus Yoko again...why couldn't they send her out for coffee this time?

Incredible to think people can just think this stuff up, out of nowhere

Ringo 100% profesional, siempre sonando lo justo para que Paul terminara de crear.

🤯🤯

absoluta y total genialidad de la mejor banda de la historia¡¡

Beatles forever

I don't think any one cultural phenomenon did more harm to white males than the Beatles.

Best Brain Storming!

Most overrated band ever

Awesome

What a bunch of hacks.

It's the best song. Melancholy yet uplifting at the same time.

Legends
