Normally, I wouldn’t believe stories like this. But after what happened to my uncle, I had to rethink everything. He had already taken the seat he paid for, the back seat of a bus. A few minutes later, a woman boarded with her child. She had paid for the front seat but couldn’t sit there because she had an extra passenger. She walked straight to my uncle and begged him to swap seats with her. At first, he refused. He didn’t want to move, and honestly, he had every right not to. But the woman kept pleading, and other passengers began making comments, calling him heartless. Eventually, he said his instincts told him to agree, so he moved to the front seat. The woman and her child took the back seat. About 45 minutes into the journey, a trailer crashed into the bus from behind. The impact was severe. The woman and her child, who were seated at the back with other passengers were badly injured. My uncle survived. Since then, I don’t dismiss things so easily anymore.

We give power to some of these things because of our beliefs, if you believe something will happen to you because you hit your leg on the stone on your way out, oh it will surely come. (According to your faith). The same bible talks about not living in fear, for he as not giving us the spirit of fear. If bad things had happen to me the countless times I’ve hit my leg on a stone while going out, I shouldn’t even be alive. I just prayed a prayer, that may we not live in fear…at least if you’re genuine Christian 👏🏾

We don’t give them power. The holyspirit has saved people this way. A man in my church narrated how an old man kept beckoning on him on a busy road,he went to answer grudgingly. Not long after,a trailer cleared out people on that spot. He never saw the old man again. No be juju

I’m not speaking against divine intervention…as you mentioned. I’m speaking against living in fear. And I never doubt spiritual realities, I’ve seen it in my own life.

Don't always be in a heist, always pay attention to yourself and to your environment. There's always a sign but augments and noise won't let some people see it.

Why didn't this woman add her phone number? Now that I am holding on should I go back home or keep holding on? Some of the things she said are true but not all. The part of hitting one's leg is not always correct. It doesn't mean it is wrong but it is not certain anything will happen. Mistakes happens and a lot of time we as human may attribute some occurrence with it. The aspect of cobwebs, Cobwebs can appear even in very clean environments because they are essentially abandoned spider webs that collect dust and debris over time. So that aspect to, it is not 100%. But we are Africans sha. If we see black cats in foreign countries we would be saying pretty cats, but in Nigeria it is juju. Then lastly, the aspect of clothes missing, i don't understand sha. If you don't see your clothes, why not get to wear another one... That being said, just have the spirit of discernment and be aware of your environment. If you like put too much fear in your head, hypertension is free but bedspace is 30k per night.

I experienced the car own. Bought the whole backs sit with my guys, then stepped out to get something, when we got back they have given the entire sit out. My guys were so angry they were screaming and the crazy part it was the last bus moving from that park. It was late already

You see that seat once you drag with me I will gladly give you the seat and join the next vehicle. Saved me once during my university days and I’ve been doing it ever since.

Seat, hit leg on something and Clothes, many times i turn back. If it's seat, i change the car. Avoidable wahala is better than fighting wahala

I kind of see this stuff as a superstitious belief although I know most people believe in it, in the end, we all apply what works for us.

Common wisdom that is not common

That part dragging seat happened to my sister about 10 years ago. The lady that forcefully took her seat died instantly in the accident, but my sister survive with injuries.
