SIR is to remove poor migrant workers from list . Not for addressing duplicate votes , 100 votes in one address or xyz, 000 like address

Fact:- Most of the villages don't have valid house number. So data entry operator either put 0 or any random no. in such cases.........

Do all the houses in India have numbers? Answer might shock you.
