This is no mere literacy crisis. It is a civilizational one. To fight back, we started an online book club to study the great texts of Western Civilization — if the schools and universities won't teach the great books, we must form reading groups to study them ourselves. Every month, we read a new great work. We've covered texts like Augustine's Confessions, Dante's Inferno, The Count of Monte Cristo, Don Quixote. We're now reading Aristotle's Nicomachean Ethics. I mean, our fans, our group—we're not actually students at Kyungguk University, are we? 🦊 But after the event, when I’m signing autographs and doing things like that, if someone asks me desperately, I’m only human, so I can’t help but look into their eyes and do it. But it doesn’t feel right to give to some people and not others, and for those who couldn’t make it here... honestly, it’s up to each person whether they come or not 🦊 I’m currently independent, but once I join my next agency, I’ll make sure to set up a proper signing session where I can sign using my real name following the proper procedures 🦊 So please help spread the word about this. From now on, there will be no autographs at unrelated events like this. If possible, please limit video recordings to just one person... 🦊 It’s so heartbreaking to see people who can’t get an autograph, and the security guards who really should be heading home by now… So if you didn’t get one, please just curse me—I’m so sorry. Studies have shown that good intentions have a massive impact on the world around us. For example, Lake Biwa in Japan had been severely polluted for over 20 years, but after 350 people prayed for it one morning, the lake became clear and clean after just a week. This is why I'm calling on all Pi Network Pioneers to join the vow praying ceremony. If you're unable to attend, I suggest you pray and meditate at home. During the ceremony, I will read the vow and pray for the success of the Pi Network in both English and Chinese.🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️ Yesterday, I listened to two versions of Pi Network songs from Burundi, and they were incredibly touching. I could feel their deep appreciation for the Pi Network. I believe that most of our Pioneers hold a grateful heart towards the Pi Network. I'm proud that our Pioneers are full of love and compassion, and this is why I believe that the Pi Network will succeed. To show our sincerity, I will fast and bathe for three days. In ancient China, we would keep our spirit and body clean before important ceremonies so that we can gain higher universal power and energy. You're welcome to do the same.
