He asked for ₹500 extra on top of the final ticket price, but when everything is the same for both, how is he so sure about getting a confirmed ticket? I further investigated and got to know about automated software that these agents are using to book TQ tickets. I even came across multiple YouTube/WhatsApp/Telegram channels that are openly selling this software. As a normal human, one can't compete with fully automated software that books a confirmed TQ ticket in just 30 seconds, even for the busiest routes at the busiest times, like Diwali (proofs attached).
