People say they don't like maths because it's difficult. Well, if it's any consolation it's often difficult for mathematicians too. And sometimes things are just difficult. That's the thing about things. They're difficult. But when you find answers, you fly. On board with Karla.

There are those that find satisfaction in accomplishing the difficult & those that don’t. Some seek the easy life & complain when they can’t. To overcome that tendency is the most difficult problem we have yet to solve.

It’s much more difficult than other school subjects, true. Separately why is British performance at maths (both ‘real maths’ and arithmetic) a disgrace?

Math is tough for everyone, even mathematicians. But finding answers? That’s where the magic happens.
