It’s most likely because you should be and your mind is just in tune with reality or you hear what others are saying to you. I got a gap from my skull splitter device to improve my facial width and people say I look like a hick when they get pissed off which means it’s the truth Several other examples exist: You might not have an eating disorder. You might just be fat Or You say you hate yourself , and you’re probably right and hate yourself for a good reason Now change this and you’re not insane.
