It tries to prevent you from uploading sessions containing PII/sensitive data with 3 tiers of defenses. Best used on OSS coding sessions, as those are less likely to contain sensitive info. With OT, you have a local client that helps you santise, review and securely share traces from your coding sessions, privately or publicly, as a Hugging Face dataset. 0.3 adds experimental session blame which I am very excited about - attributing commit/PR changes back to the traces that produced them (all local) unlocks a new layer in observability and issue tracking. Real estate agent and brokers. The recent ruling in Missouri is wrong, will only benefit litigators, ambulance, tracers, and I believe will be appealed. More importantly, this ruling will not negatively impact housing or buyers agents unless you allowed to iMessage to all homebuyers I have never as a professional real estate investor not used a buyers agent to represent me in a transaction. Even when the deal was off market, I hired an agent to represent me to make sure that all my rights were protected and that I got the best price. If you pay a bar’s agent is nothing compared to what they can get done for you as a buyer, I will never ask for a discount. I will always use the agent to go get that discount for me more importantly, or as importantly, I will always use the agent to keep the deal together. The purpose of the buyers agent is to find the right or best property in the right or best location at the right time at the best price. If you’re not using your buyer’s agent to achieve that or you’re hiring the wrong agent well, that’s on you. Hire the right agent pay them well and make them do their job. I have never been to Silicon Valley. I'm a dad in Baltimore talking about AI extinction risk to other people like me. AI Safety loves selling Bibles outside churches, preaching to the choir. It's easy to talk to people who are like you. It's much harder to talk with people who are very different than you. So why would AI safety people, who are from/in the SF bubble, who use EA/rationalist speech patterns and thought, think they are in any way the right people to bring the message to everyone else?? They are not. If AI Safety wants to get regular people on their side here's a hint: get out of the way. You are the problem. You do not act or talk or think in ways that connect with everyone else. I'm sorry if that sounds harsh. But our lives are on the line. Get over it and pass the ball to people like me.

The Modernistic Renovation of London Liverpool Street Station 🏙 The time is finally upon us that the Liverpool Street station I've loved for so long is about to see changes that myself and others see as incredibly controversial. A great effort has been made by various people to try and stop this from happening. Though my fears are that the renovations will still go ahead, if people did manage to stop it, I would not feel that I've wasted my time in making this video because it's only by alerting the public that we can help to prevent, or simply raise awareness on such issues. Just imagine all the plans we don't hear about until it's already too late. If you would like others to know about this, or feel the same regret as I do, please share this post in order to make others aware. I wish I could share more with you guys about what’s going on behind the scenes but the reality is that no one is willing to go on the record so I can’t. I do think there are people who would share their story if they knew the backlash wouldn’t be so extreme but unfortunately this is the world we live in. I’m happy to talk to anyone who wants to tell their story. And if it’s not with me I sincerely hope some of you find an another trusted source to tell it to when you’re ready. Stop vilifying people trying to tell truth!
