Have you seen us at the Kololo Junction Traffic Lights 🚥 today? That was us: After the lunch date at Protea, I took the boys on a street vending challenge. The idea was to teach them to make pitch in 20 seconds and make someone buy an apple 🍎 or an orange 🍊. I gave each boy 3 apples to sale make sure they bring me back my capital investment but keep their profit. They had to learn to smile for someone in the car and convince them to buy an apple. They had to learn to fight for space with other street vendors because they also want to work. They had to find away to pay attention to the bodabodas while they walk through the cars. Above all, they had to learn to take “no” as an answer in case someone is not interested in buying. I taught them that sometimes people have a bad day and they don’t want anything to do with your products. They also learned that to make a sale , it’s not a walk in a park!!! Thank you for the people who passed by and bought from these boys …. Today is an experience for them to remember.

Our daily lives are hectic, filled with work, the gym, and household chores. Spending a relaxing afternoon in my room with my beloved cat on my day off is pure bliss. 💔My dear friends, the situation here is terrifying, everything is deteriorating further, and today the army displaced our people from the Cruelty-Free Camp. Thankfully they were able to escape unharmed, but they had to leave everything they owned behind. It is heartbreaking and terrifying, my friends. Everyone is tense and scared, and there’s so little resources available that I’m very worried that we are all going to die. The war seems to have returned with greater force and danger than ever before. There’s lots of people that have been displaced into our area, and today we were able to set up a small water distribution point with water from a nearby well, and there are a lot of people who we hope will benefit from it. Will you please help us to continue to help these poor people in any way we can? 🐾😸I'm happy to tell you that today I was able to buy more tinned tuna for the cats, and the cost was the lowest it's been in months. This is thanks to the wonderful friends who have continued their support for us, and I want to sincerely thank you all. I can't explain enough how wonderful it feels when I can feed more of the hungry cats I see around. Since the war stopped, many animals have wandered back into our streets, and they are starving and urgently need our help. They are constantly on my mind, especially at night in the cold. They barely have any body fat to keep them warm, and the nights are starting to become unbearably cold. This also makes me think of all the poor people living outside, some in tents and some without, freezing and hungry. We want to help them, my friends, please do not hesitate to donate towards our cause so we can help them and the animals too. British Flotilla member Elliot Roberts claims the IDF gave him a “broken spine”. I have a permanent back injury form that is service related and it effects my L3,L4 and L5 discs. When they simply "act up", I can barely move, then alone twist while talking. As a former fire fighter of 26 years, I have seen many spinal injuries including shattered backs. NEVER have seen any of them walking and talking casually. An injured back in 99% of the cases effects your ability to move without pain or limitations, as well as, your ability to breathe (As in my case) in more severe cases as it puts pressure on muscles and nerves that supply your lungs and/or diaphragm. They ARE ALL lying to the public about their "experience". Their goal is for people to hate Israel. Should they be charged for lying? I say yes.
