4 v 2 Continuous Zone Entry Game from Niagara University Men's Hockey ✅ A high tempo game that practices quick attack zone entry & defending concepts. ➡️ Offense tries to enter the zone and score. The defense aims to shut down the play and break the puck out to the next 4 players in line. After the puck is broken out to the next 4 players, 2 of the players that were originally on offense stay back and play D. The drill is continuous. 📋 IHS Members can view full details and add to practice plans here:
