Diagnosis of teratoma was made after X-ray and echo(heterogeneous echo density) and sent to CT. Awaiting surgery. ALWAYS TAKE AN X-RAY IN NON-ANGINAL CHEST PAIN CASES. Absent pericardium can cause herneation of LAA and is a decent DD I agree. But lateral view shows anterior mediastinum is full.
