Performance gains in bazza/ui vs. Base UI Finally did a side-by-side comparison... and the difference is ⚡ You can see how our implementation barely drops submenus opening when moving the cursor up/down at a fast speed. The video doesn't do it (enough) justice. We do a few things internally...

There is a "flash" bug in the One UI 7 Beta1 animation. In fact, there are at least three versions of this problem. Samsung seems to have not found it, so it has not been solved. You only need to open two apps in succession a little quickly (not particularly fast)，You will see a quick flicker in the picture. The first video is played at normal speed, and you can see a flash picture. The second video is a slow video, and you can see the moment when the soul of a page flashes in the ninth second. I call it the One UI 7 haunted event.

This is a game-changer for Solana DeFi You can now see how much money you will make before even opening a position, impermanent loss and MORE with the Position Simulator: - Net PNL: Simulated profit/loss including yield and token balance shifts - LP vs. HODL: Side-by-side comparison to see if the yield justifies the risk The yield estimate is based on the time period you choose. You can get a very accurate estimate by picking 30D and 365D.

you there. yeah you. i see you. i'm delighted to say that CodeRabbit has a new design system! i'd like to introduce you to carrot-ui. massive shoutout to Aaron for the quality design work, and the brain behind carrot-ui. also to ahmet who'd pull 16+ hour days to make sure we got our implementation right. it was a blast creating this with such a talented team, and I'm excited for you all to try it out yourself.

Loading state visualization for menus, built with bazza/ui Menu ⁽¹⁾ and TANSTACK Query: ⊙ First fetch: default loading spinner ⊙ Re-fetch: show cached data + inline spinner in the input It makes two different states obvious to the user: "We have nothing yet" vs. "here's what we have, but we're checking for updates." ⁽¹⁾ Releasing a preview soon. Hop in to the bazza/ui Discord for access:

Hot Take 👀 The new Glass slider in iOS 27 should be the benchmark for every mobile OS. I mean, this takes customization to a completely different level. Users can actually control how much Liquid Glass they want instead of being forced into a single design choice. Meanwhile, One UI can barely offer this level of UI customization 😌 When it comes to UI/UX, Apple is the king. Samsung, prove me wrong by copying this for One UI 👀🔥

One of the things Paper excels at is the code to canvas roundtrip. I did not touch a single pixel in this UI - its all paper and claude

Your personal agent 🤝 new calendar tools! On desktop, you’ll now see rich, interactive UI when you ask it to do calendar stuff. So you can take quick actions (like jumping into a meeting link) without leaving the chat. A few new things your agent can do:

One of my favourite things about building Superlogical is that we all care, a disproportionate amount, about the little conveniences, performance gains and UI treats that most rational people just don’t. I'm currently working on our scrollback search UI. You basically have two common choices as a designer: a) insert a toolbar into the view or b) float a search bar over the view For terminals, any intrinsic size change causes a reflow - which is jarring for the user to see and potentially pushes offscreen something you were looking at. This means option A sucks. For option B though, the problem is that you’re potentially obscuring matched words that fall under the search UI since it floats over them. (Every app I tried makes this mistake which is kinda nuts) So what's the solution? Give our search UI a gentle nudge out the way when it's over something you're trying to see.

When I kept saying to eventually #RecastTChalla, THIS was just one of the many ways it could happen. Notice how beautiful it is to have TWO strong Black heroes standing side by side at the same time. Marvel Studios can give me all of these feels in a future #BlackPanther movie.

When we first released Trackio, we put together a barebones UI just to get it out. We always knew we'd come back and redesign the UI. Now that Trackio is downloaded 1M times every wk, we figured it was time to release a beautiful UI. Out now in Trackio 0.20, try it out!

Even when it really is windy and rainy in Gaza, Palestinians see the need to invent exaggerated conditions in a fabricated AI. Notice the flags starting at 00:10 of the video. One is waving wildly "as a result of the wind", the other, which is "lazy" next to it, barely moving... This is how lying is a way of life....

Lara Trump: This is a fun and joyful campaign onto the Trump side, look over at the Kamala Harris side, they are melting down and collapsing and have to tell you, it's a pretty wonderful thing to see.

Sharing some more UI previews for Superlogical, this time the "tab peek." If you three-finger swipe down, you can "peek" at the other session tabs. These are live-updating, metal-rendered previews including splits. If you keep dragging, you enter a "mission control" style mode. This is one of those UI patterns that once you get used to, you mindlessly find yourself doing it ALL THE TIME. It's a great way to quickly take a look at everything thats going on. You aren't reading the mini text of course, but the shape of it tells you a lot about where things are. The peek pushes the terminal down off screen, it doesn't resize it, so it doesn't force any weird reflow or anything either. There's a lot more to talk about, especially about how this interacts with how we expose what needs attention so you can easily find the terminals/sessions/etc. that require your attention. Of course, you'll be able to drive this with the keyboard too. :) As always, a disclaimer: this is all early work subject to change, just trying to share some of what we're building in public. A lot of the UI experiential design is almonk so follow him for more updates too!
