For a so-called “peaceful” anti-fascism march, police had to remove scaffolding poles many people in the crowd had armed themselves with. Then Raise The Colours arrived. What followed was utter carnage, (this 5 minute clip edited down from around over 30 minutes). At times, one officer (CP21) appeared to be almost single-handedly holding back the baying mob, as the huge police presence had been positioned elsewhere.
