What's next for the Mets after losing Pete Alonso? Will Sammon joins Sal Licata on BNNY: "I already mentioned the word 'disciplined,' I'm going to mention it again. That's the word that keeps getting thrown to me by agents, by people even inside the club, for that matter. I think that's going to be their approach to free agency. I think that there's some interest in some of those bigger name people out there, but perhaps they're going to need the market to simmer down a little bit and maybe they swoop in, maybe they're a little bit opportunistic with those names. I think they're going to be very active in trade talks. I think that there's a very large appetite for a need-for-need type of trade where, even if it's another competitive club, maybe they trade for somebody else.
