There are 10 seats in that state in total? 3 go to Democrats. The same would apply for my party. It’s fair, reflects the way people really vote and is more representative than the salamander shaped districts we currently see. Math is fair, everyone understands it, and if voters want to change the apportionment, they have to register and vote differently.
