Iran downs second aircraft in just hours. Now it looks like an F-15 was taken out by a drone over Kuwait. I'm basing this on the video: the smoke plume from the launch is visible seconds after the hit, and the distance is a perfect match for Iranian air-to-air missiles fired from drones.
