Noticeable changes, and of course the low hanging fruit; Velocity. Every pitcher’s floor raised and combined velocity AVG increased over 4mph throughout the Staff. As always this is Low hanging fruit, but it’s important and they are impressive. What does that look like? (2/5)

Workload management and minimal correctives to hone in on immediate corrections without over correcting. With use of of @premierpitching & @CoryWright20 this was a breeze. Let’s adjust, compete, and maximize our Pitchability. Next and biggest noticeable change: Pitchability (3/5)

Not only did the velocity increase but stuff across the board. Strike percentages w/ offspeed increased over 10% from 1st half of the phase to 2nd half, with increase in heater strike % on top of significant profile improvements on all offerings (4/5)

With our Student Manager/ Analytical team, it’s such a great tool to have our people leading the charge here at Jax State as well. Gavin & Mac teaching a class on coding and data collecting, as they are continuing to learn along the way. Such a valuable group of people!

Using this information is nothing kore than a tool to get outs. Using every ounce of data for support and direction to create a plan of attack to help each guy reach their Goals. Fun Group of guys’ is such a key. You either believe in what you’re doing or you don’t, no better place to Grow. #StayCocky
