Phoenix police pulled over 46-year-old Sam Perone and he got out of his car before the officer approached the vehicle. Sam escalated the situation and they got into a physical fight. At this point calling the cops isn't going to help; he'd likely be dead by the time they arrive. Tourniquet and/or pressure is your friend here. Of course not punching a window is probably best practice to prevent this from happening.
