It is about making sure that we can have the likes of the people that have been elevated into Trump's administration, who we know are not qualified and skipping over qualified black men that yes, I may disagree with but we can all say that Byron Donalds as well as Tim Scott are more qualified than every single person that has been put into this cabinet. That is the type of life that they want us to have in this country is one in which even if you are mediocre, even if you are unqualified but you are white, that will be enough.

Moore: Telling people who have worn the uniform of this country, who have been willing to pay the highest price to be called American—people who have done things that the vast majority of this country have not signed up to do and wouldn’t sign up to do—and now looking at the service they are performing and saying that maybe they’re not fit to serve—hearing that come from somebody who was never willing to take that oath is very rich. And as a veteran myself, very offensive, because these are patriots. These are people who are willing to sacrifice something on behalf of this country with one simple ask: that the country does not forget that, does not forget the service they did, and does not forget their family members. That was our one ask. And that is not being honored right now with this administration.

Phillip: That's not even true either, because there are people who are in detention in Minnesota. They do cooperate with ICE on detainers for people who are incarcerated and the Minnesota department of corrections person made it very clear that when somebody has reached the end of their prison sentence, they call ICE and they say, come pick them up.
